Delivery Time & Shipping Cost depends on destination and shipping method (Standard or Rush) you select, it will be automatically calculated during your checkout. You should first add item(s) to your cart, then enter details according to your address and then you will get the actual shipping cost & delivery estimate time for your order to complete the purchase.This Final Delivery times includes tailoring times for custom made orders.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You must request your exchange or return and send your unwanted items back to us within 14 days for a refund of the value of the item only, or an exchange on the same item in a different size, based on stock availability. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us before you send your item(s) back to us for our return mailing address and to allow for easy identification and prompt processing.
Making a return for a refund, store credit, or exchange is easy. All items must be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note you can exchange items for a different size, based on stock availability. We might also be able to make you a different time of the same value you paid, depending on availability. Domestic Shipping is complementary on the replacement item if its above $75, otherwise shipping charges will apply. International returns will be processed at the same shipping rate originally charged, and if it is processed for customs clearance, you will have to pay any relevant import duty and tax charges they request from you.
You are responsible for paying any customs duties on your purchases.
Items should be returned unused and unwashed with all Ellectives garmenttags still attached.
Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return. Please email email@example.com you have any questions.

Perfume Oils Fragrances are final sale and will not be returned due to restrictions by the Department of Transportation.
